After purchasing anything on this site, you will receive an email with tracking information, once the item has been posted.

All items will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packed in a presentation box - it is important to store your tiara in this way to avoid tarnishing.

In the UK, delivery is free on all orders over £200.

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL, typically 3-5 working days.

USA

For deliveries to the USA, orders are shipped via courier service (DHL, Parcelforce, UPS), with a delivery time of 3-8 working days.

Shipping costs £45 (tiaras & headdresses), £18 earrings.

Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by US Customs upon delivery/collection.

EUROPE

I currently ship only to EU countries that do not require fiscal representation for UK businesses:

Italy, Germany, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Spain.

Orders are shipped via courier service (DHL, Parcelforce, UPS), typically 3-5 working days.

Shipping costs: £25 (tiaras & headdresses), £12 earrings.

Import VAT, customs duties, and any associated charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship from the UK as an export; EU VAT is not included in the purchase price.

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders are shipped via courier service (DHL, Parcelforce, UPS), typically 5-15 working days, depending on destination.

Shipping costs: £50 (tiaras & heraddresses), £22 (earrings).

Buyers are responsible for any import VAT, customs charges, or local taxes in their country.

PLEASE NOTE - SOME COUNTRIES HAVE RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE IMPORTATION OF JEWELLERY, IN WHICH CASE I WILL HAVE TO REFUSE THE SALE AND A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

MR MORTIMER'S WIFE IS BASED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THIS WEBSITE AND YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK, YOU MAY BE CHARGED IMPORT FEES/ CUSTOMS DUTY. THIS IS OUT OF MY CONTROL. ALL IMPORT FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED BY CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OR BUSY PERIODS.

Shipping Information

RETURNS

I accept returns on all pieces, apart from bespoke commissions and earrings, subject to the following criteria:

You must notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order if you intend to return the piece. You have a further 14 days to return your purchase, in the original packaging, and I will arrange for a refund.
Goods must be returned tracked and insured via courier. The cost of returning any items is to be covered by the buyer. Please retain proof of postage.
The tiara or headdress is carefully repackaged in its original packaging.
The tiara or headdress is in the same condition that it was delivered to you, has not been worn, and is not dirty, marked or damaged in any way.
The tiara or headdress is suitable for resale.
Refunds will not be given for used goods.

No returns will be accepted after the 14 day cancellation period to ensure that the item in question has not been used and returned.
