Commissions
I accept commissions and I am always happy to discuss creating a bespoke tiara or headdress, to suit any occasion and no matter how unusual the brief!
Prices start at £400, and the final quote will be based on the intricacy or complexity of the design. I encourage anyone considering the commission of a piece to contact me for an initial discussion; I am happy to bat ideas back and forth and the customer is under no obligation to continue until a final quote has been issued and the deposit has been paid.

After trawling wedding boutiques for what seemed like an eternity and finding nothing I liked, I was lucky enough to read a wedding blog where the bride had a custom made headpiece by the fabulous Mr Mortimer's Wife. I contacted Sammy with what I can only describe as a VERY vague brief and I knew immediately I was in safe hands. I'm pretty particular and I knew exactly what I didn't want, but Sammy did a brilliant job of teasing out what I was trying to create alongside the vision of the wedding. When the finished piece arrived it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined and so many people commented on it. I couldn't recommend Mr Mortimer's Wife more, an absolute pleasure to work with and incredibly talented!

On a wedding photo shoot I was given the most beautiful tiara I had ever seen, gold leaves and pearls, it was just stunning and from that moment I knew I wanted Sammy to make my tiara for my own wedding.
What makes it even more special is the personal communication and knowing it’s made with love for your special day, I was able to work with Sammy to create my perfect tiara that even now on a rainy day I open the box and pop it on!
